2009 CNY Celebration (31st Jan, 12pm)

Dear ASH Volunteers,

We hope all of you have had a smashing good time celebrating the Chinese New Year. Let's hope that the Singapore's economy will outperform the gloomy forecast under the influence of the Bull.

We will be celebrating the Chinese New Year with the oldfolks on 31st Jan (this Saturday) at the home. Volunteers are required to report by 12.00 PM, and the celebration ends at 3.30 PM. The old folks will be entertained with various performances and a chinese zodiac game. As usual, one hundred gifts and game prizes are to be given away this year.

Full turn out (regular and day care residents) is expected for this celebration; we hope you could spend some time to befriend and cheer with the old folks.

May we advise you to wear red for this occasion, and a "Lou Hei" session awaits volunteers after the celebration. See you and let's paint the town red this Saturday!

Regards,
Czek-Xing
