January Birthday Celebration and SG Care 7 Jan 2012

Time flies and one year has passed since we welcomed the first group of SG Care volunteers in Jan 2011. We hope this platform has provided volunteer/s an experience to volunteer in a nursing home and at the same time hoping there are also volunteer/s that will like to continue volunteering with us.

Without sufficient volunteers, we can only manage to provide or run activities in small scale and we will not be able to reachout to more residents. Our objectives is always try our best to bring joy and happiness to as many residents as possible during each of our visit.

Christmas Celebration on 17 Dec 2011

Prior to this Celebration on 17 Dec 2011, Esther, Jia Hao, Kee Teck and myself spent an evening learning how to do Santa Claus, Angels and Wreath balloon sculture from Chin Soon.

On the actual day,we arrives in the early morning at All Saints Home to put our newly acquired skill to make 100 Angel balloons for residents as well as wreaths and Christmas Tree decoration for Chapel. Its a fun and happy experience to all those volunteers that had turn up to make it possible.
